All programme fees are listed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms will be confirmed upon enrolment confirmation. Fees are subject to change, but enrolled participants will pay the fee agreed upon at time of enrolment.
By Participant: If you cancel more than 14 days before programme start, you will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of £25. Cancellations made less than 14 days before start are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future programme date subject to availability.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel a programme if minimum enrolment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.
Regular attendance is expected. If a participant misses sessions, we will provide session notes and recordings where available, but cannot guarantee make-up sessions. Behaviour that disrupts other participants or violates our code of conduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.
